This was my first experience shipping overseas. I was very worried about everything but maggie really tried to comfort me and help me through it. I couldn't believe the boxes looked like they did the day we sent them.Maggie was quick to respond and patiently dealt with my anxiety throughout the process. We packed. They picked up. It was delivered in the exact condition I sent it in. Seriously. I've had more damage moving across town than I did shipping overseas. We did opt to have a wooden crate built around our boxes; the crate was not opened until the semi pulled up in front of our house and we were looking at it. All in all, a good experience. I cannot say if it was the cheapest, as I took a friend's recommendation. However, twenty three years of my families mementoes and memories are safely in our new home on the other side of the world...that is priceless.
